As a Project Manager, you sit at the heart of this work – ist not a coordination-only role. You will own the end-to-end delivery of multiple client accounts simultaneously - anywhere from two large, high-complexity engagements to six or seven mid-sized projects running in parallel.
You orchestrate projects end to end, shaping the way teams, clients, and contributors come together to deliver highquality experiences. You create the structure that enables consultants, facilitators, and cross-functional partners to focus on what they do best. You ensure that complexity becomes manageable, delivery becomes reliable, and impact becomes inevitable.
